"Therapy throught photography"

As a portraitist, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of therapy through photography.

When working with clients in this field, it's not just about "taking pictures," but about creating a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their emotions, express themselves, and find self-acceptance.

I believe that the camera is just a tool between two human beings. It's about getting chemistry first, maybe embracing awkwardness at first, and as long as we keep doing things, we start to loosen up.

One of the most significant benefits of therapy through photography is self-acceptance. I've worked with many clients who struggle with low self-esteem or negative self-talk, and through the process of creating and capturing images, they can see themselves in a new light.

As an empath, I have developed the ability to highlight their unique qualities and strengths, which can help them feel more confident and accepting of themselves.

Self-discovery is another essential benefit of therapy through photography. By exploring different poses and expressions, my clients can discover new sides of themselves they never knew existed. As an empath and a great listener, I guide them through the experience and create a safe space for them to explore their emotions and thoughts.

Overcoming fears is also a powerful benefit of therapy through photography. Many people have insecurities or phobias when it comes to being in front of a camera, but with my expertise in making them feel comfortable and confident, they can overcome those fears and come out of the experience feeling empowered and confident.

The resulting photographs can serve as symbols of their true power, capturing the strength and beauty that was within them all along.

In conclusion, therapy through photography offers a unique and transformative experience for clients. Through my role as a photographer, I'm able to help them explore their emotions, accept themselves for who they are, and overcome their fears. The resulting photographs can serve as a reminder of their true power and beauty, and can help them continue on their journey of self-discovery and healing
